Structural Engineers
Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering with ability to work independently/ with minimum supervision. Registered/ eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in the state of Washington. Principal responsibilities include preparation of preliminary & final designs, documentation, on-site inspections, correspondence with consultants, owners, contractors, and city planning departments. Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes must.
Civil/ Structural Draft Persons
Skills required include high proficiency in AutoCAD14/ 2006, drafting tools, design, conceptual, presentation skills and good verbal communication. Must be action oriented, thorough, innovative and able to work with minimum supervision in a high pressure work environment. |
